Hello Tweeple,
Time for a Weekend Web Waffler update, I haven't done one lately, so will go back a couple of weekends to that of Children In Need.
.
Starting on the Friday, we had a "Wear yellow to work day" in support of Children In Need. I wore a great yellow jumpsuit dress and a Pudsey Bear bandana, one of my bosses took things a bit too far and came to work dressed in a banana costume! Ha! We also had sponsored Pudsey Bear biscuit eating all day too, not sure I ever want to see or eat another one again!
.
It was great fun though! As was "Pink" day for Breast Cancer Awareness month. On that day we all wore pink, and ate & drank nothing but pink food & drink all day. Pink Panther wafer biscuits and strawberry milkshake for brekkies that day!
.
The evening was a work charity do, also held to raise money for Children in Need, I had the pleasure of Salsa dancing with Pudsey Bear! He's quite a mover, we danced two dances, one Salsa and the other to Ricky Martin's "Shake Your Bon-Bon" and we did!
.
Later in the evening there was a charity auction, and I got talked into Auctioning myself to give a Belly Dancing lesson, really surprised at how popular it was, it raised £1000 and equally surprised that in the end it was 6 men and 4 women who all bid £100 each for the lesson.
.
I was a bit worried about the 6 men at first, but it turns out that the lesson is for their wives and girlfriends, although they do want to watch! hehe Still trying to arrange the lesson, to get everyone together at the same time, at the rate it's going I'm going to have to record a lesson!
.
I suffered the next morning though, with a Tequila hangover! It was all Pudsey Bears fault, he was a bad influence on me, kept challenging me with Tequila slammers! The last I saw of Pudsey he was tap dancing down the road, singing "My Way"
.
I hope Pudsey didn't have the same hangover symptoms as me! I felt numb all over and my teeth felt soft. Managed to stagger to the shop later in the day for some cans of coke (Excellent hangover remedy, thanks Vicki) Glad there were lots of fences to sit on walking back, shame about the splinter though!
.
The rest of the weekend was spent recovering, relaxing and generally chilling out! LOVE weekends!

Here's a little memory of Children In Need - http://bit.ly/70xhQw Enjoy!
